This is my 2009 photo journal gallery. I would like to commit to a new photo everyday, but with my schedule I know I could never maintain it. I will add new photo's as often as I can and it can be anything that catches my eye. So, this is 2009 THROUGH MY EYES!

Thank to all you great folks on the Dailies. Your consistant work and comments are an ispiration to me.

K DUNLAP > 09.26.09 = The best day I have ever had out on the golf course is the day I got to photograph it! Golf: it will drive grown men to tears, since most of them can't drive the ball or the cart. "May thy ball lie in green pastures...and not in still waters." ~Unknown but it sounds like an Irish proverb to me!
K DUNLAP > 09.25.09 = Sorry, but I had to post one last pooch pic; this is Callie, my friend Todd’s dog. She is such a sweetie. All four dog’s in my last posts, have been adopted. My last two dogs, Jack and Gracie have been adopted. I adopted Jack at the age of 7 and he was one day away from being euthanized at the shelter. He was “the” best dog. And now Gracie; she was abandoned at a local pet store by a couple. Short of sounding like a public service announcement or Bob Barker, please spade and neuter you pets. The shelters are overrun with innocent pets looking for someone to call them home. “In a perfect world, every dog would have a home and every home would have a dog.”
K DUNLAP > 09.24.09 = Hello my Daily friends! Sorry I haven't had time to post this week. It's going to be a few more crazy weeks for me coming up. I am headed into a very busy season at work so my posting will be sporadic. This shot of Lucy is about how I feel at the end of the week. I've been running all week and need to re-group to start all over next week. "Life is like an ice cream cone; you have to lick it one day at a time." Charles Schultz
K DUNLAP > 09.17.09 = Sorry Digby, but you have to wear the cone. I don't think he really minds it all that much that's just his pity look. It's that time of year for allergies and this poor little guy just can't stop licking and biting his feet, so he has to wear the cone. The Digger is my sister Kasey's dog. He is a little over 10 now and such a sweetie. We call him a "Blarney Terrier" We think he is mix between a Wheaten Terrier and a Golden Retriever. He is a gentle soul. "To err is human, to forgive is canine." ~Unknown Thank you to all who voted for Gracie yesterday! Wow, was I surprised when I got home last evening to see her mug as the No. 1 daily yesterday! That really made my week!
K DUNLAP > 09.16.09 = Best Friend! The saying goes that "Dog is a Man's best friend." I don't doubt that but I also think that "Dog is a Woman's best friend" as well. Dogs are so uninhibited. They live in moment, in the now. There's nothing better than coming home to that big wagging tail. She wags and dances about like a child on Christmas morning. How wonderful to be loved by a dog. How lucky I am. "He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. K DUNLAP > 09.15.09 = I have always admired artists who can draw a perfect bird and can paint a wonderful landscape. I too see in pictures, but I’m not able to get my hands to do what my brain sees. Let’s face it, I can’t draw or paint worth a darn. I used some of the artistic filters in Photoshop to do something a little different today. I had fun playing around with the textures, brush size and stroke size on this one. K DUNLAP > 09.13.09 = The air is changing and we are having cooler days and nights here. Almost all my flowers are gone so it was time to do a little clean up of the beds. Out with the old and in with new fall color. "If you don't create change, change will create you." Unkown
